Ideal for trouble-free extraction of products from the storage silo bins, such as flour, semolina, bran etc.

The vibrating bin discharger combines the vibrating motion to the specific downward flow features of the stored materials, therefore these are fully discharged without segregation, arching or build-up on the wall. Unit can be fitted to any type of bin, either in concrete or metal structure. When connected to a proportioning screw conveyor and to an inline cycle operational device, blending and instant production of custom made flours are easily available.

Discharger unit formed by two elements, joined by a special flexible sleeve; the cylindrical shaped upper element is anchored to the bin hopper bottom, and the vibrating lover element is suspended to the upper ring through a set of tie-rot fitted on flexible bearings, which prevent the transfer of vibrations to the storage bin.
