Electro-welded sheet vibrating body, with superimposed sieves, supported by rubber elements mounted on sturdy tubular steel frame.

Upper part of the vibrating body with wide transparent panels for direct inspection of working process.

Cleaning of clothing by rubber balls constantly moved by the underneath corrugated wire.

Metal sieves with frames is naturally seasoned hard wood. Mechanical devices lock together each couple of sieves facilitate their removal. Motion is imparted to the body by vibrating motors with regulating weights.

Shock absorbers prevent dynamic stresses during start-stop. On request the separator can be equipped with the air recirculation aspirator to eliminate dust light particles.
